Schengenpass provides visa application support and appointment booking assistance. We help you prepare and submit applications but do not make visa decisions, which rest solely with the relevant authorities.
2.No guarantee of outcome
We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved. Our fees cover our preparation and support services regardless of the final decision.
3.Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents. You are responsible for attending your appointment and for any government or third-party fees.
4.Fees and payments
Service fees are agreed before work begins. Payment terms are shown on your invoice. Government and visa-centre fees are separate and payable by you.
5.Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for decisions made by embassies, consulates or visa centres.
